Are you accepting models at this time?

How do I know what size to choose?

 Please refer to our "Size Guide" page in our header. We go into detail on how to pick the right size of bandana and accessories for your pet.

 

I put the wrong shipping address.. what to do?

Please always double check that you have entered the correct shipping address. If a unit or apartment is needed, remember to include it!

If your package is "Returned to Sender" (us) due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay shipping a second time in order for the package to be reshipped.

If you notice that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your package has not shipped, we can fix it. If your package has been shipped, we will have to wait for the package to be "Returned to Sender" and then we can reship it. As stated above, the customer will need to pay for the new shipping label as the old one is considered "used."

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our current processing time is 10-14 business days (not including weekends or major US holidays) to handcraft your order. After it has been made, it will get shipped and delivered via the delivery option that you choose.

 

Where's my order? I never received any email updates.

When you place your order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. After that, you will not get an email update UNTIL your order is ready to ship. Again, our processing time is about 1-2 weeks so please understand and we appreciate your patience!

 

Can I use more than one discount code?

Sadly none of our codes are stackable so you will have to pick one.

 

I purchased the wrong size, how can I return my order?

Because of our product's handmade nature we do not accept returns. If the bandana you ordered is too small, we would be happy to send you a size extender! If you do have any concerns, feel free to reach out!

 

We will accept returns for the following reasons:

  • If your order is defective or damaged.

Please note: Buyer must send a request for return within 14 days of the order being delivered - returns will not be accepted beyond this point. Once we receive the return we will issue a refund to the buyer for the full cost of the order, or send a replacement item to the buyer at no additional cost. 

 

 Custom/Personalized Orders

We will not accept returns or exchanges for custom/personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is simply due to the unique nature of these items.

Custom duties (international orders):

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. These charges may occur once the package reaches its destination country. Additionally, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We are not responsible for customs delays.
